What is Allspicery?
Allspicery is a specialized spice shop that offers a curated selection of high-quality spices, herbs, and blends. They focus on providing unique, handcrafted products to elevate your culinary experience.
What types of products can I find at Allspicery?
Allspicery offers a diverse range of products, including single spices, herbs, spice blends, and specialty items like infused oils and vinegars. We also may offer cooking accessories and gift sets.
Where is Allspicery located?
Allspicery is located in East Sacramento, California. Detailed location information can be found on our Location page.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes! Please call the shop at (916) 389-7828 and one of our team members will assist you.
Can I pick up my online order in the store?
Yes! When checking out, select "Pick up" option during the shipping portion of the checkout process. Your order will be ready within 48 hours. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up.
Why do I have to enter an address if I select in-store pickup?
How long before my order is ready?
Most orders will be ready for pick up or shipping within 24 - 48 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping over $100. All other orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship UPS in the continental United States. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska your order will be shipped USPS.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so we cannot ship orders to these addresses. However, if you are in Hawaii or Alaska, we use USPS for shipping, and your order can be delivered to a PO Box.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally currently.
My order is a gift - can I include a gift message?
Yes! Just enter a gift message in the note to gift recipient box during check out.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
Can I change the address on my order after I submit it?
You may be able to change the address on your order if it hasn’t been fulfilled. Please call the shop at (916) 389-7828 as soon as possible. If the order has already been picked up by the USPS, we will not be able to change it.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. However, if your package arrives damaged or you are missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allspicery.com and provide us with a photo. We will work with you to resolve any such issues.
How do I redeem my gift card?
If you have received an e-gift card, it may only be used in our online shop. They cannot be used in our brick-and-mortar store. If you have received a physical gift card, it can only be used in the brick-and-mortar store and not in our online shop.
Are your spices and teas locally sourced?
We source as many things as we can locally. Many spices are not grown in California and cannot be sourced locally.
Are your spices and teas organic?
We sell both organic and non-organic spices. Most of our products are grown organically but not all are certified due to the prohibitive cost of certification. All products with organic in the product name are officially certified.
Do you have salt-free blends?
Yes! Many of our blends are salt-free. You can find them by searching “salt-free” in the search bar.
How do you package your spices and teas?
Our spices are packaged in various size resealable plastic bags and our teas are packaged in various sized resealable kraft bags. Glass jars of various sizes may be purchased for an additional cost.
How long do spices last?
Spices don’t really expire; they lose their flavor over time. Whole spices, such as peppercorns and whole nutmeg, will last for several years. We recommend replacing ground spices annually.
How should I store my spices?
We recommend storing spices in airtight glass jars in a dark, cool place.
