Return Policy: All Sales Are Final

At Allspicery, we take pride in providing you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exception: Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@allspicery.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will require photographic evidence of the damage for our records.

Shipping

We ship at a flat rate of $11. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Delivery issues

You will receive an email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number. We ship via UPS within the continental United States and USPS to Hawaii and Alaska.

If your order is delayed, it is likely due to the carrier. Please use your tracking number to check the delivery status. If you don’t receive a package that tracking shows as delivered, contact the carrier immediately so they can help locate it. Please also notify us within 24 hours. However, please be aware that as the shipper, we are unable to help locate the package on the receiving end. If the package is not located by the carrier, file a claim with them directly. Unfortunately, The Allspicery cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for your understanding!

    In Store Pick-ups:

    During check out, you may chose in-store pickup for your order, which is free of charge. If you select this option, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup - usually 24 to 48 hours after your order has been placed. You will have 30 days to pick up your order. After 30 days, your order will be refunded to the form of payment used to place the order, less a 20% restocking fee.

    You can also pick up your order downtown at There & Back Cafe, 1020 11th Street free of charge. Please write “pickup at T&BC” in the “notes” box in the cart. At checkout select “Pickup In-store” for the delivery method. Orders must be placed before midnight on Monday to be ready for pickup at T&BC on Wednesday.
