Enjoy this sans-alcohol version of sangria all summer long!
Ingredients:
• 1 liter pomegranate juice
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 1 tsp sumac
• 1 cinnamon stick
• ½ tsp coriander seeds
• half of an orange, sliced
• ¼ tsp orange blossom water
Instructions:
Pour the pomegranate juice into a large saucepan. Add rosemary, sumac, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, and orange slices. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, cover and allow to steep for about 1 hour.
Pour through a sieve into a pitcher and discard the solids. Stir in the orange blossom water. Chill and serve garnished with rosemary and orange slices if desired.
