Spiced Cottage Cheese Toast
A few of our favorite spice blends and cheeses:
• Italian Seasoning and Mozarella
• Fine Herbes and Pamesean or Romano
• Ajika and Feta or other Goat Cheese
• Everything Bagel and Cheddar
• The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
• 1 slice whole-grain or sourdough bread
• About ¼ cup cottage cheese
• 1 egg
• 1-2 tsp seasoning of choice
• Salt and/or pepper to taste
• Cheese for topping
• Hot honey for drizzle
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 375°F
2. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and seasoning in a bowl with a fork.
3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the toast.
4. Top with cheese
5. Bake (or air fry) for 5–12 minutes, or until set and the edges are golden brown.
6. Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
