Persian (Black) Lime Whole

Dehydrated whole lime, typically used in Middle Eastern cuisine. Delicious in stews, soups, braised meats and tagines. Traditionally used whole like a bay leaf - poke with several holes before using for best results, then squeeze before serving and discard.
