Blue Moon Citrus Tea

A deliciously refreshing tea, especially iced. Perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. The purple color is due to the butterfly pea blossoms and the citric acid working their magic together. Created by our teammate Erica, this tea is amazing. In addition to brewing it up as tea, it would make an amazing simple syrup to use in cocktails or add to your lemonade! 

Ingredients: pineapple pieces, apple pieces, elderberries, lemon peel, lavender, butterfly pea blossoms, cornflower, citric acid
