Join us on Sunday June 7th for a flavor-packed Compound Butter Class where we whip, mix, sprinkle, and swirl our way through savory, sweet, spicy, smoky, and totally unexpected butter creations. Using dried spices, herbs, infused sugars, flaky salts, citrus, and other fun mix-ins, you’ll create custom butters that can level up everything from steak and seafood to pancakes, popcorn, and fresh bread.

We’ll guide you through flavor pairing tips, blending techniques, and plenty of tasting along the way.

Each guest will head home with a couple of their own handcrafted compound butters, plus a couple tasty surprises and inspiration for your next kitchen adventure. Come ready to get a little messy, a lot creative, and fully buttered up!

About the Instructor, Lisa Frank - Lisa’s favorite childhood Christmas present was an Easy Bake Oven which started a life-long love of baking and the joy of sharing food.  She lived in Italy for a year to get a Master’s Degree in Food Culture & Communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciences.  She has been a guide for food & history walking tours; participated at the local, state and National level for Slow Food; done sales and marketing for a boutique chocolate company; and is a proud member of the Sacramento chapter of  Les Dames d’Escoffier International.
