Highglow Ember Hot Sauce

Highglow sauce is made in small batches here in Sacramento, California. Their Ember Hot Sauce is made with chile de árbol dried chiles, carrot, onion, garlic, and pink Himalayan sea salt. Each batch is fermented for up to a month to add acidity and that touch of magic!
