Taste the spice in several different dishes, get recipes and a sample of the spice to take home. You'll wonder why you haven't been using Grains of Paradise until now!

About the Instructor, Lisa Frank - Lisa’s favorite childhood Christmas present was an Easy Bake Oven which started a life-long love of baking and the joy of sharing food. She lived in Italy for a year to get a Master’s Degree in Food Culture & Communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciences. She has been a guide for food & history walking tours; participated at the local, state and National level for Slow Food; done sales and marketing for a boutique chocolate company; and became a Sherry Educator. She is currently developing food programs for The Jacquelyn and is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International in Sacramento.
