Delight in the deep fruity flavor and lingering heat of our single-origin Urfa Biber. These chilies are sun-dried during the day, then tightly wrapped in fabric at night, curing in their own juices. This process imparts a richer umami taste and a beautiful, deep color. Noticeably more flavorful and spicier than our standard Urfa Biber.
